This is an old cover of the UK mag FIESTA from around 1981 which manages to combine air hostess with embarrassment.

Actually I have the rest of the series of the above FIESTA session (which isn't as good as the cover shot and is not on the link specified as she was not featured in that issue on the inside) and will post it if there is enough interest. With only 7 thanks I didn't think anyone was that bothered and maybe the thread was running out of steam.
In the meantime, here is another vintage one.

Celia Reed - Hmm I wonder where she is now !! The chances of her reading this are probably not high - but then she might have a hubby that would be prepared to share her with us !!
