Just listening to the radio at the moment, it appears that the WNBR will be taking place in Cork on Saturday in case there are any Irish viewers of the site that have a camera and can head down there.

They apparently have some sort of bike rental scheme in case people want to travel there and take part, but do not have a bike.


The next Ride in Cork is on Saturday July 16th July 2011 at 6.00pm. If interested, email myrebelcounty@gmail.com to register for participation.

Unfortunately this has been promoted too late, otherwise Mrs Nell and I might have made plans for it, since we'll be in Ireland on that date, but not near Cork. With a heads up we'd have made plans and rented bikes!

Apparently, at least according to a facebook page I found, it will be on in Dublin tomorrow. Just rent the equivalent of a Borris bike in Dublin
