[REQUEST] Certain Anime Video

There was a video posted a little bit ago that I can't seem to find. I've been searching around, but as I can't remember the name of it, it's proving difficult to locate. I can't remember, either, if the video was posted straight up or as a Dailymotion link. Any assistance would be appreciated, description of video follows:

Two women are at a Japanese hot spring, and one has thrown the other woman's dressing gown into the water, ruining it. This forces the first woman to run through the hallways of the inn naked. Later, the second woman is being chased and at some point her clothes melt away, leaving her naked in a public place, or in front of some people.

I believe the origin of the clip to be from the series "Hell Girl," but I am uncertain and would therefore like to watch it again to try and confirm this hypothesis. Also, it's a nice clip
