Sorry North. I don't have any before and after pix to add.

But I do have an opinion. In every set above the implant improves the body shape. I'm just glat none of them were tempted to try the "DDD - Hookers R'us" option.

And a question. Implants imply that the surgeoin has been slicing around in the tender bits with a sharp knife and has inserted a fat pad into the cut. It seems to me that he must have cut a number of nerve connections and the pad would prevent them rejoining. This suggests that the nipples would suffer a big loss in erotic feeling. Am I correct?

Can anyone comment from personal experience before and after a boob job?
