Underwear protest in Ghent Belgium
Today, Belgium broke the world record for the fact that they still have no new government after 249 days since the election. And this fact was the reason for festivities and (fun) protests in several major cities throughout Belgium.
In Leuven they distributed free Belgium fries, one of the national symbols and in Ghent tenth's of people, mostly students stripped of to only underwear.The protests have a fun character but also a serious overtone.

Sorry that some watermark photo's slipped through.They are all (exepct one pic) from the same photoalbum from the Belgium newspaper website "Het Laatste Nieuws" (HLN). It was difficult to get all the pics from that website. For almost every pic i had to renew the page more than one time.
