It is from an ad which I saw two or three years back in a magazine on sale in the UK. It's cropped, the full image included someone surprising the woman as she showers. I don't recall what was being advertised, I think it was a woman's health magazine so maybe a health / beauty product.

It's from March 2006 Maxim UK. It's a parody ad for Beverly Hills Formula, her son walks in on her in the shower.
