I just found this topic, and I have only been going through the pictures, not reading what's been said or following any links, so my apologies if this has been brought up already.

I picked up something about some DVD that could not be bought by everybody, but this seem to be a different thing.

The vid that was withdrawn from public sale was the Philly 2010 ride video, these have been on sale for about a year, I am still waiting the Brighton 2010 vid, which should be out soon.
No sign of the video being posted, possibly because of the fact that it is 4 gig! I am sure the non-HD version should be smaller, but it seems not!

If you have wondered what it is like to experience riding in one of these events, check out the video below of Brighton 2010 and will have to suffice until we see the pro video later in the year.

The film maker seems to have mounted a video camera on his bike and filmed virtually the whole 5 hour ride! The clip below is 10 minutes long and plays for me via the VLC player. Alas, I cannot get a screen shot, as .flv files do not work in classic media player.

You will some nice shots of some of the fave girls, from the paint party to the beach! I have put it here, as it seems more fitting than in the video section.

Thanks,if you could tell us the method it would help, one or two others do this trick too! Here is the album, he has about 4000 WNBR photos in total. The change to this 'spaceball.gif. has happened since some of the shots were posted.

Using the old properties 'trick' I get this instead of a file name to alter the ending...

Pedro, his photos are working fine for me if you click on the smallest version of the photo, meaning the tiny one that is seen in "sets" thumbnails. If you click on the merely small version of the photo (as seen in the photostream thumbnails) you definitely get spaceballed.

On a different note, I can't seem to find the exact pictures you posted above no matter how many times I go through the galleries. Can you link directly to one of them? I want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

I will post anything worthwhile I find. I already downloaded a nice series from one of his 2009 sets. I think you'll like it. I'll put it in the 2009 thread.

Hi Flanker, now in 'Set View', I can get them, I was in another viewing mode (photostream?) when I got the spaceball.


I cannot find those shots now either, they could just be amongst the 4,700 odd, but am I correct in thinking the snapper might have been a member here? If so, perhaps he pulled them?

Just in case, here is a nice one I overlooked the first time I went through these, the yellow girl as she was when she arrived in the morning, fully naked (un-painted) a good 2 hours before the ride started!

thank you for that. despite the spaceball protection, the flickr photos are indeed always available. the low-level trick is this: right-click any gallery thumbnail, choose "copy image location" (or similar), paste that url into your address bar, then change the end of the filename from "_s.jpg" to either "_o.jpg" or "_b.jpg". you always want "_o.jpg" (for "original size"), but it's not always available. "_b.jpg", on the other hand, is always available in my experience. when the "_o.jpg" doesn't exist, the "_b.jpg" is the largest size available.

so, for example, go here:

then right-click the first thumbnail, choose "copy image location," and paste the url into your address bar:

change "_s.jpg" to "_o.jpg" and press the enter key. you'll get a flickr error page as the result. you can now safely assume that the "_o.jpg" doesn't exist for any photo in the current album. instead, try "_b.jpg":

the result is the largest available version of the photo.

there may be a firefox greasemonkey script to speed this process up (i have one that worked before flickr's latest redesign). i hope this helps.

Thanks for that Pic! Unfortunaly that flickr stream seems to be no longer accessable
atleast for the Public...

Were there anymore pics of the lovely Zita on that stream ?
