taken my ps skills and tried to inhance the photo and rotate it if not her then she has a twin with the same nose and bone structure please comment

Yes, It's Wanda
It's actually a better image than I have in the eXposed file that I zipped and posted last night. The image I have, has the eyes blocked out. Yours does not. My image is reversed from yours so one of these has been 'mirrored', but yep... same girl.
