Thanks, I've wondered wtf it was. After some quick googling, I found that the entire movie can be viewed at http://video.google.com/googleplayer...49445318503265. The scene in question starts about 1hr 14min. Not at all what I was expecting. Fucking weird movie for sure.

This picture comes from the official 2008 Miss Centrafrique pageant (Central African Republic). It seems that the candidates were required to wear traditional clothes from their region, well with this one they got what they deserved...
