Plus it looks like a typical "Fußgängerzone" (sorry I don't know the english translation, but it describes a street where no motored vehicels are allowed) in Germany. Many Cities have roads like that... for example Heidelberg and Mannheim have that. I'm not pretty sure but I think I saw roads like that in Hamburg as well.

I believe I see the word "Getränke" (drinks) in the background of the 8th image. In that case it's got to be in a German speaking country (Germany, Austria or Switzerland).
