How do you capture/record MSN webcam videos?

I chat with a lot of females on MSN, viewing them on webcam. I'd like to be able to share some of their "naughty" stuff on here, but I have no clue how to record (or even if it's possible) a MSN webcam session. Any ideas?

I use camtasia.
you get a free months trial if you search for it, unless you have a friend who has it.

there is a few other free programs out there, if you do a search on google.
