yeah, the problem is not so much the reposting of old pics, but the title of the thread that contains the word
"new" in it.

A few days back, I posted four pics here that i think were genuinely new to OCC as this seemed like an appropriately named thread for that. Within a day or so, Osreb reposted two of them. That is how fast new material becomes reposted material these days.

If one desires to keep a thread genuinely free of reposts, it is almost an impossible task without "administrator" privileges. I get spoiled over at Flickr because I can remove pics from my groups any time i want. If threads here could be set up like that so that the original poster had special powers to manage input, that would be pretty awesome. Some niche forums can get pretty nasty with members crying "REPOST! REPOST!" all the time, etc, with the mods sometimes culling them as well as off topic pics. But here, it is different as we are a more generalized forum with a huge and growing membership.

some old - some new

I just post pics; I get pics from multiple sorces and can't remeber whats been posted where; so I just post and let the viewers sort them out.

Many threads are 50 pages and me and others do not have the time to look back and see if pics have already been posted.

I look at repost as movie I've already seen that come ob TV; soemtimes I watch it again and others I just
channel surf past it.

Since this is your thread, you can post whatever the heck you want (and I guess my reply above was a little out of line because I had forgotton that this was your thread not someone elses).

On the other hand, though, you may occasionally be heckled in my naturist thread. Its within my rights to do that

The reason is this: if my posting there slows down as it has lately, and you pick up the slack, it will become just another thread at OCC because the topic is so broad, just about anything fits there. And to be very blunt, I don't really want it to fill up with pics that have been posted to OCC dozens of times already.

Hey- I've figure where they are from- it's the finnish show "Rasypokka". There are lots and lots of studio clips around, but they did also do a version from nightclubs- so these photos will be photos taken on the night from that!

What a disgraceful use of library books... I mean, people TOUCH those...

But now not kidding, the red brick is a distinctive feature of some Universities (called, surprisingly enough, Red Brick Universities- ) and one in particular springs to mind.
