Remember that in many Scandinavian and European countries nudity isn't treated as dirty/sexual, it's just treated as natural. Eg: German spas or Finnish saunas where people and families of all ages are confitable being naked infront of each other and even strangers.

Maybe this is a Finnish family, if so I dare say that they have all been naked infront of each other 100s of times before. If you've been nude infront of your brothers and grandma in a sauna why would you worry about being topless infront of them in the living room?

If I'm honest I couldn't see myself doing high impact type massage on one of my sisters. Actually I couldn't imagine doing massage on one of my sisters fullstop, whether Grandma was watching or not.

As for it being taboo, as I've repeated a few times on this thread: You lot are reading sexual content into this situation that isn't necessarily there.
