Hara Kiri magazine covers
The stupid and evil French magazine of the 60s - Hara Kiri
Hara Kiri was the highly controversial satirical French magazine published by humorist Georges Bernier, author François Cavanna and comic artist (and artistic director)Fred Aristidès in the 1960s. The magazine's subtitle Journal bête et méchant which literally translates to Stupid and evil magazine and this was not an understatement. They were renowned for sticking it to the powers that be and at times during their publishing history, their controversial attitudes saw them being temporarily banned by the French Government. Their front covers were famously perverted, bizarre and highly creative and at the time, and in fact even by today's standards in a league of their own... Below is a collection of some of these cover.

In France Georges Bernier is known with the name of Professeur Choron
He also threw the idea of sexy photos love stories in his pages (sorry for my bad english ) I try a test : my first pic

the 1st is the firqt cover with photos (befor it was drawn) and the second is Professor Choron himself it is in 1964 enjoy

1st covers were funny but it is fast going to become sexier but never politicly correct you go to see the difference with the following ones  and I put only those whose need we have not to understand the text  you want to see more ?

Greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat Post !. In my opinion, the best !
These are masterpieces.. a lesson in counterculture,and I think every art student should have a copy. And I thought these guys at MAD Magazine are nuts ! They are secular saints ! Please if U have more of this amazing gallery post it.
