Rachel Mcadams, (or is it Jeri Ryan? The two look so much alike, that I'm not 100% certian), undresses, and is surprised by well wishers, wearing nothing but an unbuttoned blouse. I'm sure that someone will know what this is from, but I have no idea. Stunning girl. Great reaction.
