Try this
heres a very easy tool to use for making vidcaps.
I have used it many times, but i know a few people who said it did work for them. try the program at bottom of page Download MovieSnapshot 0.4 ZIP archive (221 KB) http://www.cd2html.de/download.en.html regards CP. Quote:

 I just went and made a how-to for using Infranview to cap vids: https://forum.oneclickchicks.com/showthread.php?t=12137If anyone uses Infranview to view pics, you might want to use that to cap vids too. It might not work for vids with less common codecs though.

Fun At The Bus Stop!
