I found this on Rotten Tomatoes:

"Fields admits one of her most embarrassing moments came during a 1993 Fresh Prince of Bel-Air taping. In the scene, Fields intended to seduce Will Smith by slightly unzipping her skirt in front of him while walking off camera. But Fields unzipped the skirt too fast, causing it to fall down around her ankles. The accident was shown in the blooper reel at the end of the episode"

I vaguely remember seeing this aired on TV one time. Ive been searching youtube and can't find it. It's got to be from season 3 or 4. Wonder if anyone has it?

Edit: It's in the episode "For Whom the Wedding Bells Toll" from season 5
