zip limit question

b4 i asked this i searched couldnt find the answer hope i just didnt over look it

question is ...

i see now there is a zip download limit...
must have "x" amount of thanks
and
"x" amount of pics posted ...

so my ? is ..
is there a place to see the rule in writing
meaning after you hit the 1st 2 requirements is there a next " stage "
?

No there aren't any changes that you would see.

You will just need to check your profile to see that both requirements have been met.
