well, that sucks....

but then again, if it hadn't been for all those shady webmasters making money off of the event, I would never have even HEARD of the festival in the first place, so i wouldn't have known what I was missing..

But really - heres what I think. The internet popularized Koktebel and the neptune festival to the extent that western pervs with money actually wanted to move there. That jacked up property values enormously, and so made development inevitable and irresistable.

Another paradise lost. It happens all the time and no one ever learns...

You may be right .... looks like it 'may' be the yellow number plate from New South Wales. The street scene may be Sydney. Hard to tell where. Perhaps Northern Beaches or southern beachside suburbs.

yeah the yellow number plate was what convinced me. the houses and fences look familiarly Australian too, lol, does that make sense? even the girls look aussie!

you're probably right about it being a beach-side suburb in Sydney, it has oldschool powerlines - there aren't many of those in QLD.
