I not able to upgarde my account

I've been trying to upgarde my membership but I keep on getting the message that my username wasn't found on the database

Please let me know if you can help as my username seems fine.

Sorry you are having trouble.

I know the system requires username, passwords & e-mails all to match what we have on file here at OCC.

Offhand, I don't know what is causing the problem.

For a quick solution, my best advice would be to get a One Click Pass with a new username and then contact One Click Pass support and they can change your username there to match your OCC username.
