I found these tonight on Flickr. I don't know whats going on because usually you either draw nudes or photograph them, but not both at the same time.

So........they are drawing them because they're not sure if the camera is working properly and they need backup......??

The guy is an artist alright - a porn or erotic artist, not a "life drawing" artist. Notice he draws the babe with her hand spreading her pussy. She's not doing that in real life....

It looks like an artist's club scenario where each member artist has their own agenda. Looks like a mix of photo and traditional artists. The clubs are useful because the model fees are shared. Also, group peer pressure keeps the members in line. The models, usually newbies with no agents or artist wives/girlfriends making a few bucks, actually feel safer with the group than in a one on one situation. The clubs are a useful way to advance one's skills.

The blue screen (not normally seen unless you are doing chroma key video work) makes me even curiouser still. Might be a multi-media type of concept. I would say more "artiste" than "porn" but who knows.

The photos might just be to augment the art work. I kind of suspect an "erotic art" studio and the photos are for use later in helping to flesh out the subjects. Or could they be working on an animated erotic film?
