Long attachment download times?
Anyone else experiencing this? Seems to be just the past few days. Transfer rates of 28.9kb/sec, vs the usual 120kb/sec+ speeds I'm used to seeing. No issues on file downloads from other sources. No performance hiccups on forum page loads or anything else - just attachment downloads.
Figured I'd check in to see if anyone else was experiencing the same...TIA.
