Maschi Contro Femmine

“Men vs Women” (2010) has a huge nude beach scene, the number of young fit people is crazy. I was never able to find a true high resolution file, but here are some shots of the scene

Can you explain what happened there?
What where the rules?

It’s hard to find much info, I would assume they closed the beach to the public, and the extras were placed in their spots and then directed to walk around and act natural. I assume they spent a decent amount of time nude, as the typical disrobe and shoot the scene and quickly robe up again situation would not be so practical for such a large area and number of people
