I want to say it's from Chile or Argentina? Somewhere in South America. It was a charity event with scantily clad models, she was one of 5, they all competed in a strip dance kind of thing individually and then at the end the hosts (the guys dressed in Greek bacchanalia outfits) made them all strip to win. It was great. The video might still be on here somewhere.

Not a singer. This is Argentinian model Sandra Bustamante from the show Vedet�n 2012. This is about the most information that I can find:
