There is always a difference on the thoughts of women and men on the Topless or Nude Beaches and why they go there?
DiannD : First of all I'm glad that your one of those women that go to the Beach and exposed just as you like or enjoy and then your looking around at others there too!
As for the taking of pictures I find it polite after getting into a conversation with any women / couple to ask if it would be Ok to get a picture of her or them and that goes the same for any of the Adult Events we been going to with neighbors and friends!
I'm not sure about the Meat part, but seeing so many women so all Natural and sometimes in a few SEX or spreading positions can put thoughts into a guys mind! lol

Hornyinde: I do fully agree on your Part - 5. Enjoy seeing my wife nude and exposed. Seeing her totally naked in public is a turn-on. Especially watching other men enjoying her as she walks alone or is just laying on her towel. Seeing men having the thoughts about her that I have about their wives is exciting!
My wife and I enjoy sitting apart to see Who gets some attention and talkers, but I have to say she beats me all the time! lol

We never found nude beaches as a turn on.... after 5 min its all the boring same.....we go to be nude to enjoy the breeze & sun....not to show off....in fact most folks there are not showing off...just enjoying nature.....

I quite openly take pictures of my wife, either where we are sat/laid, of of her messing around in the water. I don't set out to take pictures of other people secretly, but I do sometime catch them in pictures I am taking, very much like how I do when we are in paces fully dressed.
