I have a very attractive friend, many would call her a smoke show. Blonde, tall, thin, goes to the gym regularly, you get the picture. We were in a public hot tub at a resort with a small group of strangers, everyone a bit tipsy from drinking. My friend was wearing a tiny bikini, literally triangles and strings. I was sitting across from her and noticed that her C cup sized boobs were becoming more and more exposed as she moved around. At some point I realized that her top had shifted enough to expose a slice of her pink areola with the telltale circular scar around it from her previous surgery. When she eventually looked down and noticed, she adjusted her top and with little embarrassment in her intoxicated state launched into an explanation of her breast lift without implants, how happy she is with her current size and that she got rid of her huge areolas to have what she thought was a more normal smaller size. Funny conversation and cool to get a tiny peek, although we are close enough that I knew the rest of the story but without the areola reduction detail. I’ve seen her in such small bikini tops that there isnt much left to the imagination other than the nipple itself. If given the choice, I’d be more curious to see a pre-surgery photo in all her glory than a post-surgery photo.

Surgeons reducing the size of the areolae is a crime. Every time I see a woman like that I immediately wonder what she looked like previously with the big boobs and without the ugly circular scars.
