I believe the 2nd part of episode 1 is missing, which is where that part in the trailer comes from.

Which is a shame because the two ladies are basically butt-naked in public, I hope the episode can be found one day.

I am quite surprised about that part as well. But I think that is omitted from the episode and is just part of the trailer promoting the show.

From what I watched, the two ladies, who are completely naked and are each only covered by dark plastic bag, came out of the door of their apartment and it immediately proceeded to them rushing to the trash bins to find more items that can cover them going into the container. Then they find a cardboard box that wrapped them together. I really don’t remember them sneaking past a shop in between.

Please correct me if I am wrong but this is what I remember.

I remember the trash bin part of episode 2 as well, and you're right, they didn't run past a shop.

The trailer that was posted ITT I would have to guess has a clip from the 2nd part of ep 1, but granted that's just speculation.

I rewatched the scene and you are absolutely correct. I also noticed ages ago that the British and Spanish versions have footage in the intro that isn't in the show proper. It really makes me wish there was an uncut version of this franchise. I would love to see more of Georgia, Raquel and Fabiana's naked dashes.

Heidi Michelle May's streaking in London has got to be in my Top 3 ENF moments ever. Other episodes were great but none came close to her. I also loved that she was alone rather than with anyone else, it makes it even better. Truly a classic.

I feel I've already answered partially but...

1. She was alone for the challenge. Being the OON (Only One Naked) is even better on the ENF scale for me
2. She sneaked outside her house at night and crawled naked to grab some leaves in her backyard
3. She was seen by lots of people, at close range. If you compare to the other runs, hers had the most by far
4. She didn't find much to cover herself, just those plastic crates that didn't really hide her nakedness
5. Her reactions ("oh my god oh my god oh my god...") is pure ENF gold and felt genuine

Some of the contestants found ways to hide themselves almost completely. She also posted a bit about her experience on her social media, which is always a plus for me. Finally, just a personal opinion, but I think she's hot without being like a 10/10 model.

Reddit, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Fango already posted a pretty good summary and there are soooo many good quotes. These are just a few of my favourites:

"I NEVER want to experience running down the street naked ever again! It was so terrifying (...)"

"Just bumped into a man who I used to commute with everyday and he said 'nice to see you with clothes on'"

"Running down the street naked was nothing short of horrible and one of the most traumatic experiences of my life."

I know those reality shows are often faker than fake, but everything she posted and how she reacted on camera was genuine, and one for the all-time ENF hall of fame.
