Sunbathing in the yard

Unfortunately this little holiday lets backyard faced the road with passing traffic... what can you do

My wife, 37 at the time, decided to catch some sun in our backyard while topless. Our yard is not fenced in. The neighbor to the north came out and started to do yard work and kept looking at my wife Sharon. Later that day, I was in the back yard after she had gone in the house, and the neighbor's wife came out. I asked her if she was mad or offended about the topless incident. She said, and I quote, "hell no, that's the most yard work I've seen him do in 20 years". We both laughed and it was repeated numerous times that summer, but never discussed again.
