Need help watching videos on tv with Amazon Firestick

Hi i can`t watch videos on my tv using firestick,i can watch ok on my mobile using desk top but not on tv ?? Any ideas

Unfortunately, I don't have an Amazon Firestick to test with in order to offer specific support ideas.

If anyone here has experience viewing our site on a TV with a Firestick, I would appreciate it you could help this member out. Thanks.

I don't have a firestick. But here are some general troubleshooting questions which might help others diagnose the issue.

Has the firestick ever worked?
Does it work on other video websites eg YouTube?
Does it work on other adult websites?
