Hello… American girl living in Germany with German husband. I’ve only gone to the textile free sauna once with my husband, and I guess you could say I had an out of body experience. I’m a really really shy girl so my coping mechanisms kicked in and really kind of made it so it all felt like a fever dream afterwards. The day we went to the sauna, 90% of the patrons were men over the age of 60. Some of the time it would just be here and I in a sauna, and then some older man. Which I actually didn’t mind —But ever since that day, I’ve been fantasizing about going back again, perhaps on my own. I’m a really possessive/territorial person so I think going with my husband is a little too much for me. Not to mention how hard it is for me to not see it in a sexual way given my American upbringing. Anyways, I guess I’m coming here to live vicariously through all of the stories , and also get a sense for how normal it is for a young women to go to the sauna by themselves. I’m 23. You hit the wrong sauna or wrong time if it was only old men. Look for a sauna with a balanced crowd, the other nude women will make things easier for you. When you're a bit used to it and want a bit more exhibition you can still go back to the old men. Clothing optional times, if they are offered also have their own spice.

I've been to a few saunas, and there are usually several young women by themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if guys take a quick glance at your body, maybe a quick peek at your tits, ass, and especially pussy, but they shouldn't disturb you.

- yes it’s perfectly normal for young women to go to the sauna on their own
- generally speaking, sauna-only, smaller places will tend more towards the older men crowd, especially during the week and during the day;
- for a more balanced distribution of ages and gender, go in the evenings, towards the end of the week and on weekends

No i have already done a nudiste tuesday few years ago. The majority of young people leave but during the nudist time the only clothed people are the kids using the slides.

By the way i think on saturday it will be even better

Recently been to z in a, i stayed at the hotel friday (4pm-9pm and sat (11 am - 3 pm). First thing to note is that occupancy was pretty much the same both days while i was imagining more people on saturday. It was quite busy but not full. I had very high expectations given the reviews,i.e. the young crowd the female ratio and the great looks. Overall quite a disappointment. There were very few early 20 girls, most people had 30+.lots of girls who are not at all modest but none really stood out as being a 9 or 10. Some pretty faces but no really fit bodies. As a regular sauna go(voy)e(u)r, i must admit that maybe i have high standards, i m not too moved by regular type bodies. I guess i was unlucky. Based on my experience V in B is completely another level
