Both are great, but I would favor Berlin slightly. Mainly because I like V better than TE. I think V is younger, more cosmopolitan. TE is not bad though and is a better option if the weather will be bad.
TE is very close to the Munich airport. If you're also thinking of going into the city, it is a long train or car ride in.
V is in the very center of Berlin, so you'll have other things to do within a short walk.
K in Berlin is also good, but it will depend on which day of the week you are there. It is closer to the Berlin airport than the center of town.
Both places have many smaller saunas - in hotels, public pools, etc - but these will be hit or miss.

I myself have been to over 10 different saunas in Germany and the Netherlands. I had some very hot experiences with my wife there.

I went last night, a Monday. Had to say I was impressed. Arrived at 6pm and the place was packed. Well over 100 gorgeous women in the spa.

So many great sights - just a shame it was dark and so the lighting was not great. Versus TE in M, Vibali is a small venue so plenty of opportunities to get into crowded spaces.

Almost to many highlights to remember. Some of the English speaking tourists where my favorite though. Knowing its probably the first time they have been to a naked spa and seeing them a little shy is such a turn on.

There was a dip in the number of people after 9pm but still plenty of amazing women/ sights in there. The foot baths right opposite the entrance/ exit to the indoor pool providing a great vantage point.

You hit the wrong sauna or wrong time if it was only old men. Look for a sauna with a balanced crowd, the other nude women will make things easier for you. When you're a bit used to it and want a bit more exhibition you can still go back to the old men. Clothing optional times, if they are offered also have their own spice.

- yes it’s perfectly normal for young women to go to the sauna on their own
- generally speaking, sauna-only, smaller places will tend more towards the older men crowd, especially during the week and during the day;
- for a more balanced distribution of ages and gender, go in the evenings, towards the end of the week and on weekends
