Two day visit on a weekend.
The castle is quite cosy with a nice crowd mix. 60-40 men to women ratio. Mostly couples, girl groups and solo visitors. 30% early 20s to 30s, 20% over 55, vast majority of the crowd between 30 to 50 y.o.
This place had the biggest percentage of unshaven/public hair crowd I have ever seen and it is not my preference at all, nearly half of women and almost all men. A lot of them had a full bush.
During the weekend, there were always 50-80 people at all times in the spa, maybe 120 people at the peak. From what I observed, most people are coming for 3-4 hrs visit.
100% proper sauna usage. Only a few people stayed naked outside saunas and pools, there is no enforcement to be dressed by any spa worker though. Even at the outside area on a sunny day, less than half were sunbathing naked.
All aufguss that I attended were very well performed and busy.
Changing area is mixed, all showers are mixed and they are quite busy nearly at all times, literally touching shoulders and squeezing to enter/leave.

Highlights:

Yes, it's best to visit (V) yourself and see.
Bring your own robe and towel if you like. Make sure your towel is long enough for your feet and back in the sauna. It costs E 12-15 I believe.
The saunas are pretty dark, but your eyes adjust, plus they are frequently packed tight, so you'll be near enough to see others. And everyone exits and takes a shower outside after the ceremony, many just standing and waiting, cooling off, or taking a cold plunge (and waiting in line for it). There is one sauna that has large windows which is quite bright.
The outdoor pool is heated and usually has people in it. But there are also two smaller outdoor heated pools where you will be very close to others.
If it is sunny out and at least moderately warm there will be much nude sunbathing. If cloudy, not so much.

I visited K on a sunny July Sunday. It skewed much older than V, which has a younger, urban, sophisticated vibe.

spent 2 nights at one of the very popular luxury resorts in the dolomites early this summer. Spa setup is beautiful with cold plunge outside the saunas open to everything and an additional outdoor sauna/plunge. Its an exclusive place and not very large so you wont see a high quantity of folks if thats what you look for. Then you beat them to the showers after so they have to slide by you showering to get to an open shower.

Later in the summer went back to some favorite resorts in Austria which are also great. The expensive alpine resort is my game vs the large day spas. Massages and spa services are always top notch and I find I relax much more in a less crowded and higher quality environment. Highlight was a wealthy young german couple on their honeymoon (met them on their second night together as a married couple). Met them at the bar the night before. Had a great chat, wondered if I'd see them in the spa. Next morning the new wife arrived earlier than her husband to the spa.
