question about a classic
I'm sure most of you know about this girl from London 2011. My question is: why is she standing on her bike in almost all of the photos? Do you think she was dared to do it to expose herself more fully? Or simply decided to do it in the heat of the moment?

I think the real answer is likely to be less exciting. On a road bike at low speed standing up is common because it's easier to control the bike. You can see the man she's with also standing on his bike in one of the photos. They're probably experienced cyclists and that's just a normal technique for them.

I found some previously unseen (for me) pics of Alex who was featured in BBC's My Daughter the Teenage Naturist (2012). She was 25 at the time of filming. She appeared at Manchester 2011 and London 2013.
Well, in this trove of pics, there's one from a WNBR that I was unaware of. That's in the last picture I've attached. Anyone know where/when and hopefully, have more pics of her from that event?
