Mixed nude European sauna experiences

Was in Tyrol this summer both between Italy and Austria. I had the opportunity to go to two public saunas, obviously textile free. The Olympiab*d in Seefeld was very good, packed with locals and tourists good male female ratio. There were a few pairs of female friends that strolled nude. None were absolutely stunning but nice 25 yo bodies. Where I really saw a number of really hot girls was in Merano. The place was absolutely packed, not ideal if you also wanted to relax in saunas because there was no space, but great for watching. There was a brown skinned asian type girl, maybe a mix of indonesian and western ethnicity who was absolutely stunning, a bit hipster, didn't bother covering up much. Also the indoor part is quite dark, it looked like almost like a dark room. I saw a few Italian girls that definitely had an exhibitionist edge, mainly walking in and out the pools, and their boyfriend looked very complicit. Overall, my best sauna experiences only second to V in DE and I have been to many in BE,NL,AT..

The nudist sauna was my wife's first experience with me. She was embarrassed at first, but after a few times, she loosened up and began to behave normally. We've also been going to nudist beaches for two years, so I think nudist spas are the best, somewhat protected place to start practicing nudism. I love watching my wife shower naked outside the sauna or get out of the hot tub completely naked while other men watch her.

Went today on a very warm day, hence pretty empty inside but there was one stunning blonde 20 year old with he boyfriend. The boyfriend seemed kind of shy but she was laying fully naked for everyone to see. Absolute joy

Time to report on a recent weekend added onto business in Berlin. Going by reports, Saturday at K, Sunday at V seemed like the best strategy. Both days sunny and about 25 degrees C.

Arrived at K about 15:00. K was like visiting a geriatrics home, but all the oldies were naked. Zero visual appeal. Plus one young Polish family who all stayed in their swimsuits, with no staff objecting.

V on Sunday was a different affair. Almost all in their 20s and 30s, couples or small girl groups. Lots of lovely nude sunbathing in the yard. So many that none individually stood out, other than a shaved girl sunbathing with her legs well open, to get lots of sun on her open puss. That must feel good if one is female. All others were a bit more conservative, some even covering the lower lips with towels.

When I was in KuB after the Easter holidays I was surprised by how crowded K was.

It was actually 60% full. The population between 18-28 was almost nonexistent, but there were 80% people between 28-55.

What K is known for and it was in reality is that no one cares about towels and covering up.
They only have one outdoor facility (now being expanded) that is reserved for aufgusse every hour and when you come there it's like you see all the visitors. Of course everyone naked during the break.

Next time I go I'll go to VuB too.
But with a reserve of 1 day of rehearsal.
Why?
Despite the much younger population of 70% between 20-40 I think people there are much more conservative.

As soon as they leave the sauna or pool they immediately cover up with a towel or a robe.
We'll see. If that's the case the rest of the days are reserved for KuB.

Just went to a sauna in Freiburg. Good mix agewise and about 50% women. Half of the town's population are students and most of them lean towards the left but I was still surprised by the hairyness I saw. The majority was fully shaved, there were 1 or 2 landing strips or neatly trimmed bushes but then there was a significant amount of super-hairy girls. Think: Never, ever touched a razor in their lives hairy with lots of spreadage to the thighs and going up towards their navel and of course hairy armpits. That's usually absolutely not my cup of tea, but these girls had zero inhibitations about being naked, never covered up when walking around and never closed their legs when sitting down, so I'm willing to see the silver lining. One of them had a huge blonde bush that despite its thickness made her pink lips very visible which looked amazing.

There were two things which I always enjoy: Guests not used to German saunas and other ethnicities. There were plenty of French women (who were all fully shaved, btw) and a lot of them behaved exactly the same: They approached a cabin ahead of an Aufguss session, clumsily wrapping themselves into a towel under their robe with the obvious intention of attending the session fully wrapped, then stepping inside and seeing lots and lots of naked people and, more importantly, women, thinking for a second and then obviously concluding "Well, fuck it!" and removing their towel for all to see their naked bodies - super hot. There also was a Turkish couple with the girl happily showing off her super-smooth pussy and two mature asians which I only saw from afar but who were also fully shaved. The only loss of the day: There was a black girl (probably French) but she only went into cabins by herself and only showered in the ladies' shower so I had no opportunity (without following her super-creepily) to see her naked.

Just checked the web page. The big outdoor saune (Arena) is under reconstruction till estimated Sep. 10, the other four outdoor saunas are available. If you have a choice, go when the Arena is available again, it is part of the fun seeing 50 or more nude people coming out after the Aufguss.

That's the difference between KuB and VuB.

If I understand correctly, VuB has 3 saunas where sessions are held every hour.
K only one. Also, some say that the saunas in V are quite dark. In K they are not.
That's why we will have a "test" of one day during our next visit.

Also, KuB is practically closed until 9:00 PM. Although the thermal baths work until 11:00 PM, at 9:00 PM it is already 60% empty.

What is the best time for VuB?

Wrong and wrong.
K is weekdays open til 9pm, fr-sun til 10pm. The K has 24 Aufgusse in ten different saunas, not only in one.

I was at therme wien a couple days ago and it was a good sauna but not my favourite. A little on the pricy side and I have complaints about the sauna and pool temperatures but let’s get to the nudity.

The locker room was gigantic and mixed but no open changing. V in B or Z in A are much better for locker room experiences. However, since other parts of the facility require swimsuits, there was a lot of casual putting on and taking off of swimsuits at the entrance to the saunas or at the loungers. I kind of liked that chaos!

The age of the women was definitely skewing 40+ and I don’t think I saw a single full bush, a few were trimmed but mostly completely shaved. As a lover of middle aged chubby & hairy women, I was a happy boy still and stayed 10 hours.

Many loungers were positioned well to watch the girls get in and out of the pools. You could sit there for hours reading and watch them. I enjoyed this greatly outside until I got stung by a🐝. Then I sat indoors and this was even better as the view was of the main hot pool plus everyone streaming out of the main Aufguss every hour.

There were also very frequent Aufguss at other locations and overall the total amount of Aufguss sessions was impressive. These are always good for seeing the determined prudes better!

I think the fact that this facility also has a decent sized men’s & women's sauna skews the sample. When walking to the locker room, I saw many young fit women heading to the women’s sauna. In a facility without that option, I bet many would have tried the mixed nude saunas!

Thought on going friday to K and Saturday/Sunday to V its my first time in both
