Images In Albums - when I have uploaded images into albums, is it possible to easily add them to my posts on the forum, rather than uploading them again?
Images in Forum Posts - when I have added images to posts I have made is it possible to easily add them to Albums, rather than having to upload them again?

No on both counts.
Sorry. Album photos and thread/post photos are treated completely differently here. You can post a URL link to your album or album photos when posting on the forums.
