As was usual at the time, she likely would have shown up in an issue of H&E from around the same time (mid-2000s)
As already mentioned, Google will tell you all you need to know about the lady in question, however, I don't think that Google turns up anything like this. Enjoy.

I met and photographed Kat a couple of times - she had a fabulous figure and was very at ease being photographed nude outdoors.

In some (all?) of the old magazines, the puss was airbrushed out. I think it was required by law. There was a "no puss" rule. In fact, commercial photofinishers were not allowed to print photos showing puss. However, I think the courts struck down the no puss rule in the 1970's.

In fact, Wal-Mart used to refuse to print photos that showed puss, maybe still do.
