The full film is on archive.org/details/basic-training and my quick scan did not find this scene. Although I am curious to find a moving clip, I couldn't be asked to watch this entire "comedy" to establish what looks like a negative answer. But if someone else is sufficiently interested then ...

On my copy, it's 12:40 into the movie. It's a really short scene. About 2 o 3 seconds long. And yes, it looks like a pretty bad movie. I got it thinking it was going to be like an american version of the Carry On movies, but it's just bad sex jokes in the pentagon. I didn't make it far.

Maud Buquet in Franck Keller 2003 French TV police drama. Found using Yandex reverse image search.
Clips are available on ancensored, AZnude etc. she has done other FF.

Someone on vintage erotica forum a few years ago posted screenshots of an ENF scene from a 50's French film called Zoé.
The description was something about a man in a restaurant or bar ripping off a woman's dress and then running away. The woman, who looks like she isnt wearing underwear, thinks another woman next to her did it and rips off the top of her dress.
I've looked around for the film everywhere but can't find it. If anyone has a link or even just a clip of the scene it would be appreciated.
