Thanks. I do respect her. I am also her FTO (Field Training Officer) so I am her mentor. I am old enough now that I kind of am starting to see these youngsters in almost a fatherly role. They are peers yet there is a generational divide between us "old timers" and the young bucks. This adds another odd vibe for me.
