Over the past several years have lots photos and videos of my now and permanent girl (wife).

Last year we went on a trip with my brother and sister in law to visit their father. We rented a condo and one night all got drunk.

I might be misreading but I believe the OP is referencing his own wife. The two wives are sisters, therefore they are brothers in law and the others wife is their sister in law.
