Does anyone know the best way to make a screen-cap of a video?

I'm looking for a free program I can download online.

BS player is free and easy to make vidcaps. All you do, is pause and press letter P

search google for BsPlayer

google GOM player...it plays just about any format you can throw at it and is easy to take screen caps with too.

Not only is it the best video player ( imo ) it's free and you can go up to video, then screencap. and it saves it in your my pictures folder.
