The first result sure does look like her. I'm surprised that that pic didn't pull up more results. As has been stated, Pimeyes kinda sucks sometimes where it will show you a bunch of search results but they're all links to porn sites that have the same image. I would have assumed the photo you posted would have been uploaded to at least some porn sites but it doesn't look like it.

This search made me chuckle too. One of the image results was for a similar looking woman and when I followed the link it went to her family blog where her and her husband wrote about their Christian beliefs and lifestyle! Now that would have been quite the find!

Sorry but that's a AI fake. There's numerous photos that turn up in a search using the same face model. Some of them are even clearly labeled as "Default psychologist counselor beautiful woman"" etc.
