Definitely B and B. First of all, that first scenario sounds very on brand... she infamously can't stop herself from making inadvisable bets, especially when they involve her clothes coming off. She's no prude and will go topless/naked when appropriate (sauna/nude beach).
But when others around we know, there is always the "plausible deniability" factor.

My wife was a party girl back in her "heyday", and has admitted herself to finding herself in "compromising" situations after drinking too much and indulging in narcotics. Hence I would not be that surprised if such a pic surfaced.
