Another issue I have that might not be right, is that when I try K on google maps on Fri, Sat & Sun, it show that the place is not busy at all, so I dont want to waste my time on an empty spa.
I have great experience on Amsterdam places, e.g. I go to Z once a month, because I have monthly business trips, and its always packed on weekends. Many other places are like that around there.
It will be my first time in B city, actually my first time in a German spa.

If there is sauna with low humidity, it is of course ok. But going to a sauna world, where are many saunas with different temperature and humidity, but could be in the proper Finnish sauna only (where should be 10 to 20 %, of course if they properly control it, which does not happen always), is quite unpleasant.

Some saunas can be also outdoor, so you are going out and in. Everybody who wears glasses can confirm, that when you go inside from outside in winter, the glasses fog up. Of course, there are some situations when not, but it happens quite often. This is not theoretical exercise. I have already tried for you. Disposable contact lens are best.

Kristall is in a remote area. If one car arrives every minute with only two folks, that is 120 people per hour only by car. 360 folks till noon. Many go by public transport. I've been there often, almost no traffic but K was full.

Some tips:
Buy tickets online, there are blue boxes that scan your code and give you the chip for immediate entry without any qeue.
Bring your towels etc, or queue.
Bring a plastic or non glass cup or mug for drinking tap water, their tap water is good.

Expect old folks in the morning, mixed but calm at noon, and most young folks in the evening.

Today was my first day at K in B.

What a beautiful place it is!!
Arrived around 11am, the building was already packed with lots of old people but there were also a lot of magnificent mamies (most of them late 20s to early 40s). I couldnt get my eyes of them. Everybody was moving around naked, the way it should be.
