Ah yes she's one of my faves too, she's from London WNBR 2011 if memory serves correct.
A quick search on the forum here should bring up her photos and think there's a video floating around too.

Not exactly certain what years the pics were from. I can say that I think she was at the following rides:

Cambridge 2015-2018
Colchester 2016
London 2017 & maybe 2018
Brighton 2018
