[Voyeur] Topless in public (Park, Public Pool, Lake, Riverside...)

Recently many public (communal) indoor and outdoor pools in Germany officially allowed going topless, swimming topless in public pools.

I am particularly interested in hearing stories, particularly of indoor pools during regular (non - FKK non - clothing - optional days)... because I haven't yet seen one single woman going topless in a communal indoor pool. However, I have other stories to share, as the number of young woman hanging out topless, swimming topless in outdoor pools and lakes seems to have gone up in the last two-three years.

I don't know if this counts since its an openly nudity-focused locale but I have been to Hippie Hollow in Austin, TX twice in the 2010s and both times I'd estimate I saw at least 50 pairs of bare boobs over the course of a few hours each visit.

Despite stereotypes of nude "beaches" (quotes because it's a nude lake, not a beach, but same idea) being mostly older people I'd say more than half of topless/nude women I saw each time looked to be in their 20s to 30s, maybe 40s. The hottest to me was spotting wives with their husbands who had a sort of first-time-jitters sort of nervous energy (which I could be wrong about, maybe they'd been there a million times, but just my read of things) who just kind of looked like attractive suburban housewives you could imagine being your friend's mom you had a crush on in school being a bit naughty on vacation, seeming shy as they unhooked and pulled their bras off for an audience of lakegoers.

I have this clear memory almost a decade on of this one Asian wife with a white husband who, like I mentioned, had a very pretty-but-average sort of 30s suburban mom or housewife look, not skinny nor chubby, mom-sunglasses pushed up on her forehead, who actually did the "hand bra" over her nipples as she took off her bra and kept herself covered, going not fully nude but topless, until she got in the water. After swimming and seeming to loosen up for a half hour or so she came out of the lake sans hand bra, hands by her side and naked breasts displayed proudly for a few dozen people along the shoreline. Sexy memory, sexier to me for some reason even than the handful of more traditionally hot college-aged looking undressed girls I saw there.

Where I live, women could always go topless in the city, and one woman fought with the Parks council to also allow toplessness in the city parks. They passed it unanimously. However, I have never seen even one woman go topless in the city or the parks ever in my lifetime, probably because the harassment from other moms and women wouldn't be worth it. That being said, the woman who fought for topless rights in the parks meets with a news station every summer and rides her bike topless while on camera (censored, of course) to remind everyone that being topless is legal.

I used to live in Ohio where being topless has always been legal (as far as I know), but no one goes topless there, either. However, I noticed that a lot of private lakes and pools have signs saying "this pool is private, female toplessness is NOT allowed!" Even at the local Y in the family locker rooms it would say "this is private property, women must wear tops!" so perhaps it is known that women are allowed topless in public, so they make sure to distinguish private property and rules. Oh, we did have a neighbor in Ohio who would sunbathe topless. She was in her 60s and severely overweight, but I would still wave at her and I was impressed by her confidence.

Yes........we are from Ohio also. Woman can go without a top anywhere that a man can, but no one does it !
If society wasn't so prudish and women would start going topless it would be such taboo after a short while,

Please, could you describe some situations when she was topless at pool?

Being topless at pool is special for me. If I compare it with other places, for example beaches or saunas, pools are much more crowded, people are much closer each other, loungers are around the pool and facing each other, so the girl is much more exposed than on the beach. And because the loungers are facing each other, people can look at her as long as they want and it does not look strange... When she goes in the pool, all people on the loungers and bar are looking in the pool direction... And there are not many stories like that. And if yes, it is rather a fiction. So, if you could add something from real world and add some details it would be great.

The closest I have come to seeing a woman topless at a pool (and it happened to be in Ohio) was when a woman was with her husband in the hot tub at a gym, and instead of a swim suit top, she wore a gray sports bra that became completely see-through as soon as it got wet.

She noticed right away and covered up with her arms for a bit, but then she finally gave up and uncovered herself. It was just her husband, my wife, and me in the hot tub with her, so she eventually didn't mind that we could see. I stared a lot and she didn't seem to mind at all.
