Randomly went on a search for this and it turns out that somebody posted the full show in HD on Reddit a couple years ago:

As it turns out, the three nude segments posted in this thread are the only ones in the show. The rest of the half hour is filled out with non-nude pranks. Odd for a show with that title, but whatever. Nice to see this in HD after nearly a quarter of a century, at any rate.
