Once again taking a situation from my past and going over and above that to places I only wished I had gone with a past girlfriend.

I could convince her that maybe an extra button or two could be undone for the ride.
With very small breasts and a loose blouse blowing open I could see right down her top.
We both got a kick out of the faces on those we passed on the street.

I love the sight of a woman's breasts as they jiggle and sway beneath her when riding a bike.

Side note:
In a little town I lived in years ago there was a woman who was attempting to get arrested for going topless in order to fight her case in court for a legal ruling that women can go topless in public places if men can go topless in public.
