Can’t say for certain, but most likely. Didn’t see it happen much in the early 2000’s. Maybe companies like Dreamgirls, ggw, or RealWildGirls were getting a bit more popular and venues had tighter deals with vid production companies, they likely knew how bad that could look if staff were touching the girls unprompted. 90’s seemed much more of a “lawless” era.

Tequila Frogs didn’t allow bottomless nudity either. I sadly don’t have the video but I can distinctly remember seeing one where a girl dropped her pants for half a second and was kicked out. Strange seeing girls penalized for showing too much instead of not enough.

Continuing my super vintage kick. Recently uncovered some of this series from an extremely obscure brand named Video Ventures. Never heard of them before, but looks like they had other themed vids in their catalog similar to AMX.
