She tried not to think about it the next day, but was dreading going into the office on Monday. She said she couldn't tell if she was paranoid or not, but her boss seemed to be acting differently. However, over time she learned to not worry about it.

My wife worked there for another 8 years after this incident because of how nice her job was and how well she was treated there - which included the years her and I met, dated and eventually got married. She told me this story after we got engaged and I just love this story and bring it up with her way too much. At an office Christmas party just a few years ago - the last one in which my wife still worked at this office - I approached her boss. He was retired at this point and one of the other guys took over the operations. I was drunk and I asked him about the picture. He was an old man in his 60s at this point. I assured him that I love this story and that I hope that he still has the picture.

I asked him again, "you still have the picture, right?" He's just staring at me stonefaced trying to figure me out. "Tell me you still have the picture," I was so curious at this point. Once he had gone through all the photos she said he started acting like he was concerned about my wife and wanted to know the background stories of the photos. He kept acting like he was concerned about her. She said he kept wanting to call the police and have it investigated. She said he kept pushing the police aspect in front of the lawyer and his wife in the office. My wife said the last thing she wanted was to involve the police so she had to basically admit to everything (his plan the whole time I'm sure).

She said to end the inquiry and not involve the police she basically had to admit to everything. She had to assure them that yes she knew that she had nude photographs on the internet. She also had to confirm that the photos were put online with her consent. Finally he made her confirm that she knew that many members of the bank had copies of her photos and were actively sharing them with other members of the bank. She told her friend she was completely humiliated by the end of the ordeal.

Long story but true story. Remember my wife was only 20 and this was a small time bank in a small town. She was naive and her boss and his friends took advantage. Only three other people other than my wife were in that meeting. They were all twice her age and if they agreed how to proceed then that was that. I truly believe she was subjected to the extra humiliation at the meeting due to her young age and naivete. Worse was my wife never cared for her boss. She said he definitely was a pervert and never wanted him to look at her in any kind of sexual way. She said going through the photos in the office was mortifying.

My wife L. has never specifically stated that she regrets this, but based on how she feels about her former brother-in-law, I think this is true.
