Just the same, the Dutch spas do not concern themselves with aroused females, only males. A woman's juices could be running down her thigh and I doubt anything would be said.

If you don’t want to, you don’t need to use the textile area downstairs at all - you can go directly upstairs to the sauna area. It has its own locker room - unfortunately not mixed, which is unusual. But the whole sauna area is very relaxed with nudity.
